If a document is intended for official purposes, you may be required to provide a sworn translation. In that case, the document will be translated by an authorised sworn translator, after which the translation will be attached to the original document or a copy thereof, together with a declaration with the  stamp and signature of the sworn translator.

Sometimes a sworn translation needs to be accompanied by an apostille certificate or may even need to be authenticated. The latter is required by countries that are not signatories to the 1961 Hague Convention. Being located near The Hague court, the relevant Ministries and the majority of the embassies, Crystal Clear Translations can handle all the details of both procedures for you.

Please feel free to contact me for a no-obligation quote or more information on the procedures.
